Put in place a spare block of voice sockets and the system will automatically switch to this spare block in the event of a block failing, ensuring no down time at all. Full integrationShoreTel have created a phone system that will work seamlessly with existing software used for contact management, such as Microsoft Outlook or Hosted Exchange. There are no extra fees to add external software to make it compatible. Scalable with business growthShoreTel's phone system consists of blocks of voice switches. To upgrade the system to cater for business growth, you will simply need to purchase a further block of voice switches to add to existing switches. This reduces initial layout costs for any business with growth plans. Web browser based interfaceYou do not have to be on-site anymore to operate or maintain this phone system. Users can log on and off to phones much like an email account; the result of this being that maintenance to the system can be carried out from anywhere there is internet access.
