ADSL2+ Broadband and Annex M Broadband

Where available (and this is currently some 20% of exchanges covered by BT and often referred to as 21CN products) Link Connect can supply ADSL2+ Broadband.ADSL2+ is an enhanced version of the ADSL that has been available since 2002 and operates up to 24Mbps download and up to 1.3Mbps upload. ADSL2+ is 'rate adaptive' and will find and operate at the best rate available for the given distance from the exchange etc.

Where available Link Connect can also supply ADSL2+ Annex M Broadband. Although similar to the ADSL2+ product Annex M 'borrows' some of the available download capacity and uses it for upload. The result - upload speeds of up to 2.5Mbps per line. The BUSINESS 24/2 service comes with enhanced network priority routing to provide improved data throughput.

ADSL Max Broadband

Link Connect will always supply a minimum of ADSL Max Broadband products allowing the line to achieve its fastest possible download and upload speeds. We provide both Standard (with upload speeds up to 400kbps and called 8/4) and Premium (with upload speeds of up to 800kbps and called 8/8). Our core network is uncontended (meaning we have sufficient capacity for all our customers) and we have multiple Gigabit connections for diversity. We do not shape traffic profiles or rate limit specific applications (such as file sharing) because we have only business customers.

Our products are simply and clearly priced and are supplied with a free single-port router, pre-configured ready for use. Simply plug into the activated telephone line and start using it. Other router options and upgrades are available.
